ACF International (Action Against Hunger) seeks an FSL Head of Project to lead Food Security and Livelihoods project implementation at its base level in Hama.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of FSL projects aligned with approved plans and budgets
Supervise FSL Officers and field teams while ensuring adherence to organisational standards
Support strategic planning, project design, and donor compliance activities
Conduct sectoral analysis and strengthen needs assessments
Manage beneficiary selection, design livelihood trainings, and supervise field implementation
Represent ACF in coordination forums and stakeholder meetings

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Agriculture, Economics, Food Security, or related field
Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Technical expertise in food security, livelihoods, market systems, cash-based programming, and value chains
Knowledge of INGO procedures and donor guidelines

Contract: 6 months, renewable based on funding and performance
