FSL Head of Project – Hama

ACF International (Action Against Hunger) seeks an FSL Head of Project to lead Food Security and Livelihoods project implementation at its base level in Hama.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of FSL projects aligned with approved plans and budgets
• Supervise FSL Officers and field teams while ensuring adherence to organisational standards
• Support strategic planning, project design, and donor compliance activities
• Conduct sectoral analysis and strengthen needs assessments
• Manage beneficiary selection, design livelihood trainings, and supervise field implementation
• Represent ACF in coordination forums and stakeholder meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Agriculture, Economics, Food Security, or related field
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role
• Technical expertise in food security, livelihoods, market systems, cash-based programming, and value chains
• Knowledge of INGO procedures and donor guidelines

Contract: 6 months, renewable based on funding and performance
