About this Role

المسمى الوظيفي: مدخل بيانات | Data Entry

مكان العمل: سوريا – حمص (جوبر، تل الناقة، حوارين، النيزارية، سعن الأسود، المخرم الفوقاني، جب الجراح)

إدخال بيانات المرضى والزوار وإعداد قاعدة البيانات الصحية، ومراجعتها وتحديثها باستمرار لضمان الدقة والاكتمال.

المهام الرئيسية:

إدخال بيانات المستفيدين وتحديثها في قواعد البيانات (Excel, KoBo)
تجميع البيانات وإعداد تقارير الرصد والتقييم
مراجعة نماذج جمع المعلومات وحفظها وفق مبادئ خصوصية البيانات
فحص البيانات عن الأخطاء والنواقص وتصحيحها

المؤهلات:

شهادة جامعية في علوم الحاسوب أو ما يعادلها
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة البيانات
إتقان MS Word, Excel, KoBo, Power BI, PowerPoint

Job Location: Syria – Homs (Jober, Tal Elnaqa, Hawarin, Nizariyeh, Saan Elosud, Upper Makhrim, Jeb Ej-Jarrah)

Responsible for data entry of patient/beneficiary records, database management, and reporting to the M&E officer.

Requirements:

University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 2 years in data management
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, KoBo, Power BI, PowerPoint
