About this Role
We are actively seeking a qualified and experienced Cybersecurity Awareness Trainer to design and deliver a comprehensive, impactful training program for staff at Action For Humanity (AFH). About the Assignment
You will lead a fully structured Cybersecurity Awareness Training Program targeting at least 70% of AFH staff, delivered either in-person, online, or in a blended format as mutually agreed with the organization.

Training Modules You Will Cover:
- Cybersecurity Fundamentals & the Humanitarian Threat Landscape.
- Phishing, Social Engineering & Email Threat Recognition.
- Password Hygiene, Multi-Factor Authentication & Account Security.
- Safe Data Handling, Device Security & Remote/Field Work Practices.
- Beneficiary Data Protection & Confidentiality Obligations.
- Incident Recognition, Reporting Procedures & Organizational Response.
Success Indicator: A measurable improvement in cybersecurity awareness demonstrated through pre- and post-training assessments.
What You Will Deliver
Deliverables Include:
- Training work plan, session agenda & online delivery methodology (submitted prior to delivery).
- Full training materials, awareness job-aids & simulated phishing/exercise content.
- Pre- and post-training assessment tools with scored results.
- Attendance records and online participation logs.
- Final training report with results analysis and actionable recommendations.
Expected Outcomes:
- Staff able to confidently recognize and respond to phishing and social-engineering threats.
- Improved password, device, and data-handling practices across the organization.
- Strengthened protection of beneficiary and organizational data.
- Measurable awareness gains evidenced by pre/post assessment score comparisons.
Who We Are Looking For
You are the right fit if you have:
- A recognized cybersecurity certification, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of professional cybersecurity or information security experience.
- A proven track record of similar awareness-training assignments.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective remote/online training to distributed teams.
- Familiarity with data protection and beneficiary confidentiality within the NGO/humanitarian context.
- Strong command of English and Arabic language proficiency is a significant advantage.
Assignment Details
- Duration: One (1) month from contract signing date.
- Work Schedule: As per agreed training work plan and session schedule.
- Delivery Mode In-person and/or online, to be stated in the session agenda & online delivery methodology.
- Payment: Fixed, all-inclusive fee (covering trainer fee, preparation, materials, delivery & reporting. Subject to applicable tax/withholding per local law).
