Job Purpose
Direct supervision of the implementation of technical activities related to the agriculture and value chain of different agricultural crops.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of implementing all agricultural activities.
- Preparing technical studies and BoQ for the relevant activities.
- Submitting periodic reports to the project officer.
- Discuss the problems faced in working with the project officer and suggest solutions.
- Conducting field visits to ensure that the project activities are implemented according to the agreed technical specifications and BoQ in advance.
- Ensure the implementation of the project’s general plans and report any defect if it occurs.
- Attending periodic meetings with the field team.
- Any other work that his direct manager may request.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture.
- Two years of experience in implementing the agricultural projects and value chain of different agricultural crops.
- Ability to travel and move within the regions of northern Syria / Al-Bab - Jarabulus - Azaz /

- Supervisor/Managerial Competencies:
- Judgment/Decision-making.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook.)
- Good knowledge of reporting.
- Experience in working with NGO’s.
