Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job location: Syria (Aleppo “Azaz”, Homs, Hama)
Work Type: Full Time
Report to: Country Program Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely delivery, quality outputs, and compliance with organizational and donor requirements. The role involves coordination with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate efficient project execution
Responsibilities and duties:
1. Assist in the development of project work plans, timelines, and budgets
2. Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure alignment with objectives
3. Support timely implementation of project deliverables and milestones
4. Serve as a focal point for communication between teams, partners, and stakeholders
5. Organize meetings, workshops, and coordination events
6. Prepare minutes, action points, and follow-up on commitments
7. Support budget tracking and expenditure monitoring
8. Assist in preparing financial forecasts and reports
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• A degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, institute in medical science, or a related field experience
• Minimum [2–5] years of relevant experience in project implementation
• Experience working with NGOs, UN agencies, or international organizations is an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
