Center Manager (TVET) - Idleb (Maaret Misrin city)

Job Purpose:

To manage the Vocational Training Center and oversee the implementation of daily training activities, while supervising trainers and trainees to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of project objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Vocational Training Center.
• Monitor the implementation of training activities according to the project plan.
• Supervise trainers and trainees to ensure effective training delivery.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to the project management.
• Coordinate with the project team and relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of activities.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• University or institute degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in management or training.
• Good organizational and management skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and work in a team.
• Computer literacy.
