About this Role

Relief International seeks a Protection Assistant to implement protection activities in Women and Girls Safe Spaces in Kafr Nobol, Idleb, Northwest Syria.

Key Responsibilities

Implement protection activities in Women and Girls Safe Spaces, managing beneficiary registration and service guidance
Handle case management and ensure data on beneficiaries is collected and stored in line with the principles of safety and confidentiality
Conduct awareness-raising, psychosocial support, and life skills sessions
Perform protection monitoring and safety audits
Coordinate across Health, GBV, and PSS teams

Requirements

Degree in social work, education, or related field
Two years' protection implementation experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic are essential
Good English language skills preferred
Ability to work independently and under pressure in resource-limited settings
