Supply Chain – Procurement Specialist

DRC seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing processes across its Syria operations, ensuring compliance with organisational and donor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor screening, supplier pre-qualification, and procurement documentation
• Maintain archiving systems and prepare tender documents
• Evaluate bids and provide procurement guidance to programme staff and national partners
• Ensure compliance with DRC and donor procurement policies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of humanitarian procurement experience
• Fluent English and Arabic proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience supporting national partners with compliance is an asset

Contract: National contract, renewable through December 2026 | Grade G2 | Expected start: 1 July 2026
