About this Role

DRC seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing processes across its Syria operations, ensuring compliance with organisational and donor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage vendor screening, supplier pre-qualification, and procurement documentation
Maintain archiving systems and prepare tender documents
Evaluate bids and provide procurement guidance to programme staff and national partners
Ensure compliance with DRC and donor procurement policies

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of humanitarian procurement experience
Fluent English and Arabic proficiency
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Experience supporting national partners with compliance is an asset

Contract: National contract, renewable through December 2026 | Grade G2 | Expected start: 1 July 2026
