About this Role

Relief International seeks a Receptionist to support the protection team at a Women and Girls Safe Space (WGSS) in Deir ez-Zor (Kisra area).

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and beneficiaries and provide a warm, inclusive, and confidential environment
Register beneficiaries and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and correspondence
Ensure strict confidentiality of all beneficiary information
Coordinate with protection staff to facilitate smooth service delivery

Requirements

University degree in Sociology, Social Work, or a related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in high-stress, conflict-affected environments
Fluent Arabic; English and Microsoft Office proficiency are an asset
